To change the ADTEMP Temple Touch Thermometer to celsious, according to the manual: Switching Temperature Modes: The default temperature scale is Fahrenheit (°F). To change the scale to °C, or back to °F: 1. While off, press and hold the multifunction button for about five seconds. The hourglass icon will display, then the °F or °C will change. 2. Release the button.
