Per the manufacture our GU6592 is recommended for use on infants at 6 months (10mg+) and older. For lancets specific to neonate size, please contact our Customer Care team to order our part number BD2_368101, BD Quikheel Infant Lancet, 1mm x 2.5mm, which is recommended for 3kg to 10kg.
